About RaceAI

Built From Racing Experience. Engineered for Better Decisions.

RaceAI was created from more than 25 years of hands-on motorsports experience and a simple observation: race teams collect enormous amounts of information, but too much of it never becomes useful knowledge.

Racing does not have a data problem. It has a knowledge problem. RaceAI was built to help teams communicate more clearly, see more while the car is on track, and turn racing evidence into better understanding.
Why RaceAI Exists

Race Weekends Create Knowledge. Too Much of It Disappears.

Every race weekend produces telemetry, setup changes, video, radio, weather, driver feedback, notes, tasks, and decisions. Much of that information is spread across separate systems, conversations, files, and individual memory.

RaceAI exists to connect more of that evidence, preserve what the team learns, and make it easier to use that knowledge for communication, coaching, engineering, investigation, and better decisions.

The problems RaceAI was built to address

  • Traditional race communication has practical limitations
  • Onboard video usually becomes useful only after the session
  • Important race-weekend context is fragmented
  • Lessons are easily lost between events
  • Complex comparisons take too much manual work
  • Generic AI does not understand motorsports by itself
What We Build

Three Products. One Connected Motorsports Platform.

RaceAI Radio, RaceAI LIVE, and RaceAI Studio are three first-class products. Each solves a different motorsports problem on its own—and together they can create a richer race-weekend environment.

Communicate

RaceAI Radio

Cloud-connected race communication for drivers, crew, engineers, coaches, spotters, owners, and approved remote team members.

Radio adds multi-car communication, dynamic channels, remote participation, recording, and transcription without relying on conventional short-range race-radio workflows.

Watch

RaceAI LIVE

Real-time in-car video for crew, coaches, engineers, owners, and approved viewers while the car is still on track.

LIVE includes RaceAI Radio, creating a real-time coaching loop where the team can watch, communicate, and observe the result.

Understand

RaceAI Studio

Motorsports intelligence for drivers, coaches, engineers, and teams that need more than another telemetry chart.

Studio combines racing data, team context, purpose-built tools, AI Chat, Driver Coaching, AI Investigate, and long-term history.

Our Perspective

Developed From the Inside of Racing.

RaceAI grew from decades of national-level formula-car competition and direct experience with race-car setup, engines, gearboxes, electronics, telemetry, race operations, coaching, and the decisions teams make under time pressure.

That experience shaped the product philosophy: solve practical problems first, preserve the team's existing tools where they already work, and use technology where it can create meaningful advantage.

Engineering-led product development

RaceAI is designed around the realities of club and professional motorsports: limited time between sessions, different data vendors, noisy cars, remote team members, complex evidence, and budgets that rarely allow every team to have a dedicated race engineer, data engineer, and driver coach.

Our Principles

How We Think About Better Racing Decisions.

Help the People. Don't Replace Them.

RaceAI is designed to help race engineers, coaches, crew chiefs, and drivers work with more evidence and better context—not pretend software replaces racing experience.

Evidence Over Guessing.

Good decisions should be supported by what actually happened: telemetry, video, communication, setup, conditions, history, and the team's own observations.

Use the Tools You Already Trust.

RaceAI is designed to add capability around existing motorsports systems rather than forcing teams to abandon equipment and workflows that already work.

Purpose-Built Technology

AI Is One Component. Motorsports Context Is the Difference.

Studio can use OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Grok, but RaceAI is not simply an interface to a language model. The value comes from the motorsports architecture around the model: normalized data, purpose-built tools, context, caching, evidence, workflows, and AI Agent orchestration.

The same philosophy applies across RaceAI. Radio, LIVE, and Studio each use the technology appropriate to the problem they solve.

RaceAI technology is built around

  • Motorsports-specific workflows
  • Cloud-connected communication and media
  • Purpose-built AI Agent orchestration
  • Specialized motorsports analysis tools
  • Structured evidence and reporting
  • Multi-session, multi-car, and multi-driver history
  • Integration rather than unnecessary replacement

Built Around the Problems Race Teams Actually Have.

Communication. Visibility. Intelligence. RaceAI applies technology where it can make the race weekend easier to understand, easier to manage, and more valuable over time.

The Long-Term Vision

Racing Knowledge That Compounds Over Time.

A strong racing program becomes more valuable as its knowledge grows. Setups, coaching, investigations, conversations, video, driver progression, component history, decisions, and lessons learned should not disappear when a weekend ends or a team member leaves.

RaceAI is building an environment where more of that knowledge can remain connected, searchable, usable, and increasingly valuable over time.

From team intelligence to broader intelligence

Participating teams can choose to contribute authorized or anonymized information to broader RaceAI intelligence. As participation grows, AI Investigate can work from a larger motorsports evidence base while preserving team control and privacy.
